Now you have your nails im sure you want to keep them for as long as possible so here are some tips.

• Use cuticle oil 2-3 times a day.
• Always wear rubber gloves when you are washing up.
• Only use acetone free nail polish remover.
• Do not pick or tear your nail extensions off.
• Beware when opening car doors and can ring pulls.
• Use a mild soap and hand cleanser which wont dry out your skin.
• Always rinse hands thoroughly and dry properly on a soft towel.
• Always use hand cream and lotion after your hands have been in water to rehydrate the skins and prevent possible dryness.
• Give your hands a good massage right into the finger tips when using hand cream.
• Always use a base coat when using enamel.
• Always use a file to neaten any rough edges rather than picking or bitting.
• Treat your nails as jewels NOT TOOLS.

Please note nail extensions do not last forever they need to be looked after and maintained you will need to have your nails rebalanced/infilled every 2-3 weeks.
